Online Auction Application

With completion of this Donation Agreement, you consent to donate an item for use in the auction and agree to the following conditions of the donation:

  • The ARA Foundation will provide recognition on the auction site to note your company’s contribution and participation in the auction.
  • Upon the completion of the auction the ARA Foundation will provide you contact information for the purchaser of the item. Arrangements are to be made between the purchaser and your company upon completion of the auction. Your company will be responsible for transfer of item to the purchaser’s location via electronic communication or mail.
  • Your donation is eligible to be deducted from your annual tax return (See IRS Publication 526 for further guidance or contact ARA CFO Marcy Wright at 800.334.2177, ext. 224.)
  • The ARA Foundation reserves the right to limit the number and type of items in various categories.
