Ready to take the next step in your rental industry career? The ARA Foundation Mentorship Program connects managers and business owners with experienced rental leaders who provide guidance, insights, and real-world advice.
To get the most from the mentorship experience, mentees should actively participate in program activities, meet regularly with their mentor, and engage in professional development opportunities. The program also encourages at least one in-person meeting, with up to $1,000 in reimbursement available to support travel expenses.
The Application Process
1. Create your profile on the Upnotch Mentorship Program Platform
- Add a profile photo and short bio (Upnotch's AI tool can help draft your bio).
- Connect your calendar or indicate your general availability for mentoring conversations.
2. Complete and submit the rental specific mentor survey
- You will be prompted to complete the survey immediately after setting up your profile.
- Your application is not complete until the survey is submitted.
